Pamela Westmoreland was born in Rochester, NY and has been living in Jacksonville, Florida since 2001. She also has a Masters Degree in Finance from South University. She started painting after she became widowed as an therapeutic measure and found she had an hidden talent. She enjoys painting every moment she can, and enjoy more helping others discover their inner artistic nature.
