FAQ’s
1A virtual paint party is a paint and sip event hosted
online. It’s ideal for remote teams, families and
friends in various locations or on occasions like baby
showers, where mom might prefer to be at home.
One of our artists will meet your groups via Zoom and
still share that experience people know and love.
You wouldn’t be the first person! Our artists provide really thorough instructions and have a talent for making every detail feel manageable. Soon the idea you can’t paint will be out of your head!
We ask for at least three weeks' notice, so we have time
to ship supplies to everyone who will participate. But,
if you do find yourself in a pinch, simply contact our
team for viable options in that timeframe.
This is the same for virtual events, in-person
gatherings, private parties and corporate events.
You can hold your event in any number of places: private
dining rooms, office spaces or online. However, It
should also be someplace there won't be major issues if
there's a paint spill.
There's no need to look into venues for corporate events
per see. We can meet in restaurants, bars or any local
venue that's happy to host. We even have our own
directory (just note we don't have partners in every
city).
Make sure you wear something comfortable that won't break your heart if it ends up with paint splashes. We will provide aprons, but we’d rather be on the side of precaution.
"Private event" is the term we use for a private gathering, not from our public events calendar on PaintNite.com. This could be a private celebration, a corporate party or a way to woo new clients.
"Private party" is our name for pretty much any non-business event. For example, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, family reunions...all your milestones and reasons to celebrate.
If you're arranging a company event, our planners are
like an extension of your team or company support
partner. You can tell them exactly what you're after,
and they'll make it happen. They'll liaise with vendors,
book hosts, organize supplies, logistics and more.
You can contact them any time you need to put something
together. And if you plan regular events, you could be
eligible for our VIP program.
A corporate event is any type of work or team event. For
example, team-building, training days, intern
orientations, conferences, networking events or office
parties.
We’ve worked with companies from every
industry—corporate team-building events are crucial no
matter where you work.
Décor isn't a standard service. Still, if you contact our event planners, they would be more than happy to assist at an extra cost.
